Contrary to rumors, the winter NAMM show has not been canceled. It’s still slated to run Jan. 17-20 in Anaheim, CA, and looks to be “stronger than ever,” Larry Herrmann, NAMM technology director, told MacCentral. NAMM is the International Music Products Association.
The NAMM expos draw lots of Mac users because of the platform’s popularity among musicians. The winter 2002 show will be held at the Anaheim Convention Center, 800 W. Katella Ave. Registration is now underway.
Apple will be exhibiting at the show, along with over 100 other companies. Herrmann said that the January show is expected to become NAMM’s “largest and most successful show to date.”
