Photo Plus Expo 2001 kicks off later this week at New York City’s Jacob Javits Center, and while they’re not an exhibitor, Apple plans to take part. The company indicated that it will be part of the Digital Learning Center at this year’s show.
Apple plans to highlight various Mac technologies including Mac OS X 10.1, ColorSync, AppleScript, Mac OS X 10.1’s Image Capture software, iDVD and more. In fact, they’ll even have a wireless network going, so if you bring your AirPort-equipped iBook or PowerBook, you can surf the Web while you’re at the show.
Photo Plus Expo 2001 is a three-day event that runs from Nov. 1 to 3. Almost three hundred exhibitors are expected to take part in the show this year, which also features keynote addresses, panels, forums and seminars. Dozens of companies use the event to roll out new products and services aimed at professional photographers and photo services companies.
