This evening’s featured guest on The Mac Show, the Internet radio show about all things Mac, will be Chris Pirillo of LockerGnome.com fame.
Pirillo is also the host of Call for Help, seen daily on the TechTV network. Though he’s a Windows guru, he’s not entirely happy with Windows XP. On tonight’s Mac Show, he’ll tell the “The 5 Things I Hate about Windows XP!”
In the Tech Tips segment, sponsored by Micromat’s Tech Tool Pro 3, John Welch of TackyShirt.com will be talking to Sal Soghoian, the AppleScript product manager for Apple Computer. In the Mac Media Pro segment, Mark Stevens will talk to Francesco Schiavon, a regular guest and instructor at the Vancouver Film School. And my MacCentral compadre, Peter Cohen, will have the latest Mac gaming news.
The last Wednesday of each month (that’s today) is now known as “Clean Up Day,” according to host/producer Shawn King. This means The Mac Show will be getting rid of all the stuff in the “swag closet,” he said. Prizes will include “The Little iTunes Book” from Bob Levitus, a share of Apple stock from OneShare.com, T3Hubs from DrBott.com, iClocks from Applelinks.com, copies of Slick Transitions and Effects from GeeThree.com, assorted t-shirts and more.
You can catch the Mac Show every Wednesday evening from 6-8 p.m. (Pacific). You can also join the show’s gang in the chat rooms on the World Without Borders site (http://www.wwbchat.com/login/index.shtml) or on the dal.net servers on IRC in the #macshowlive Channel.
