MacExpo, the only Mac show in Europe this year, will showcase a new piece of software from CS-Odessa that uses “mind mapping” techniques.
ConceptDraw MindMap is a professional program designed to help users generate, organize and discuss ideas using mind mapping technology, which CS-Odessa says is a “powerful technique allowing you to make the best use of your brain power.” Purportedly, its tools make it easy to record random thoughts and then organize them into a logical sequence. Due soon, ConceptDraw MindMap runs on the traditional Mac operating system, Mac OS X, and Windows. The price tag is US$90 for a “standard” edition and $140 for a pro version, both of which will be downloadable from the CS-Odessa Web site.
At MacExpo, CS-Odessa will also launch ConceptDraw Presentation and Concept Draw Professional. The former is software for creating dynamic presentations and slideshows with tools for business and technical drawing. The latter is for creating complex technical drawings.
MacExpo will feature the latest in Mac products and solutions, including special areas for games and edutainment, developers, design and art, music and audio, and more. The show will be held at the Business Design Centre in London, Nov. 22-24. And you can pre-register online free.
