Microsoft’s Macintosh Business Unit (MacBU) will give one of the first public demonstrations of Office X, its Carbonized version of the product suite, to Seattle’s downtown Business Users Group (dBUG) on Wednesday, Nov. 14, 6:30 p.m.
The MacBU will conduct the demo and engineers will be on hand for a question and answer session. Microsoft has also hinted they will have a copy or two of Office X for raffling, Charles Wheeler of dBUG told MacCentral. And, hey, there’ll be snacks served, as well. Also, at the meeting dBug will announce its new board of directors.
The meeting will be held on Microsoft’s west campus (west of the main campus) in Building 117, Room 1022 (Chinook Room), 3850 148th Avenue NE, Redmond, WA 98052. For more info go to the dBUG Web site.
