Trinfinity Software, the folks behind Mac utilities such as Time Track, have a new goodie available: Skeleton Key 1.0, which locks or unlocks multiple files at once by dragging and dropping them.
Skeleton Key lets you choose a folder and have all of it’s files locked or unlocked as you choose in a matter of seconds with only a couple of mouse clicks, according to MacTech magazine. As an added bonus, Skeleton Key comes with a set of icons to match a Mac. It also comes with a toggle option that will unlock locked files and lock unlocked files at the same time.
Skeleton Key for Macintosh requires Mac OS 8.0 or later. There’s a Carbon version that will run on Mac OS X or Mac OS 8.6-9.x with the CarbonLib 1.2.5 extension (or later) installed.
Skeleton Key 1.0, which can be downloaded and used for free, is available at the product Web site.
