Reunion Planner —
program for planning and coordinating family, college, high school or company reunion — has been updated to version 4.9, adding a new lodging module to help provide information on local accommodations.
The US$59.95 software sports a complete address book, integrated mail merge, budget planner, mailing labels, name badges and more. The latest version adds a weekly, monthly or per session automated backup scheduling. There’s a re-designed Print Central navigation screen, individual record level privacy settings and the ability to save imported records as a found set when importing from a data file.
Reunion Planner 4.9 adds a “Contact Info” to the export options, as well as a new Avery 5371 Business Card Name Badge, a new Avery 5164 Large Name Badge and a new Update Response Status file tool. It also has more flexible address formatting for European customers (ST/Prov, Zip/Postal), support for 1024 x 768 and 1280 x 1024 screen sizes, and an updated 100-page user guide, according to J.E. Jack of Minutiae Software.
System requirement are a Mac with a 68030 processor or better running System 7.1 or later (but there’s no Carbonized version), and 4MB of available RAM (8MB for Power Macs).
