Apple CEO Steve Jobs will keynote the upcoming Macworld Expo in San Francisco. The keynote presentation — the highlight for many attendees — will take place on Monday, January 7, 2002 at 9:00 a.m this year, a day earlier than normal.
“We’re working hard to make this January’s Macworld the most exciting ever,” said Steve Jobs, Apple’s CEO. “Attendance hit new records at Macworld in July, and we’re hoping to break the record this January too.”
“Steve’s keynote is a great way to start what will be a very exciting and informative week for all Macworld attendees,” said Charlie Greco, president and CEO of IDG World Expo. “We’re thrilled to move the keynote up to Monday, and begin the excitement a day sooner.”
