Evergreen Technologies has expanded its fireLINE family with a new FireWire and USB 2.0 Pocket HotDrive that offers up to 40GB of external data storage for Mac and PC users.
Mac users will need a third-party PCI card from Orange Micro, Adaptec, Keyspan, or Evergreen itself for USB 2.0 connectivity. The fireLINE FireWire and USB 2.0 Pocket HotDrive has a 2.5-inch case that’s small enough to fit in a pocket. Mac system requirements are Mac OS 8.6 or higher.
