Qualcomm has released a new version of Eudora Internet Mail Server, an Internet e-mail server for the Macintosh. The new version update can be downloaded from Qualcomm’s Web site now.
Using Eudora Internet Mail Server (EIMS), system administrators can use a Macintosh to serve their network with Internet e-mail capabilities. EIMS supports SMTP, POP3, IMAP4, MIME, LDAP, and other commonly used Internet protocols.
EIMS 3.0.3 addresses the following issues:
System requirements for EIMS 3.0.3 call for a Mac with a 68030 processor higher; System 7.1 or later; Open Transport 1.1.2 or later; and access to domain name service (DNS).
