Developers, take note: ksoft has released CPLAT 3.0, the cross-platform framework for Mac OS and Windows development.
CPLAT includes support for such Mac OS technologies as the Appearance Manager, proxy icons, window path pop-ups, icon services (32-bit icons), Mac OS X and Carbon, and Windows applications for Windows 95/98/NT, according to MacTech magazine.
CPLAT now includes a RADTool/resource editor for importing, creating, and editing the resources your application uses, including, menus, icons, pictures, cursors, patterns, windows, alerts, dialogs, strings. Plus, you can create a single resource and generate the appropriate resource definition for Mac OS and Windows.
CPLAT is available for US$50 and includes complete source code, headers and projects to the framework, demos, and more. Updates are posted approximately every 4-8 weeks to registered users.
