CE Software has bought QuickConference, the instant messaging software for Mac and Windows Networks. This brings everything full circle as the product was available first from CE Software, then was sold to the Prairie Group.
QuickConference allows people in an office environment to communicate instantly over a TCP/IP network. It works over the industry standard protocol TCP/IP. While designed to be utilized on a network without the need of an Internet connection like some other products, QuickConference can also leverage the power of the Internet if your network has a full time connection to it. QuickConference features include:
