Script Software has released a new version of CopyPaste, its augmentation for the clipboard function in the Mac OS. Version 4.4.2 is now available for download from Script Software’s Web site.
CopyPaste is a utility designed to provide users with the ability to copy multiple items at a time, providing more clipboards than the system ordinarily provides. The software provides up to 100 clipboards that are accessible via menu or key commands. Clipboards can also be saved when restarting or shutting down the Mac. CopyPaste provides many other features as well.
The new version of CopyPaste, 4.4.2, sports various improvements, including changes to the way that the Clip Extender and Clip Recorder work. Preference handling has been reworked, and scrollbar and menu handling has been improved. Many other changes have been made, as well.
CopyPaste 4.4.2 installs as a system extension. It requires System 7.1 or better, and uses QuickTime. CopyPaste is distributed as shareware and carries a US$20 registration fee.
