The DVD-ROM Drive that was delayed as a build-to-order option through the online Apple Store for Power Mac G4 towers, is now available, a MacCentral reader noticed Monday.
Anthony Soroka informed us of the addition that surfaced early Monday. The DVD-ROM drive was unavailable since its announcement in early January.
It is available on the 466, 533, 533 dual-processor, and 667MHz CPUs. Buyers can choose from either the DVD-ROM drive or the CD re-writable drive at no additional charge. With either drive, all systems are being quoted for delivery at 21 days.
