SkyTag Software has released File Buddy 6.0.6, a new version of their popular file maintenance utility for Mac OS. The new version can be downloaded from links on SkyTag Software’s Web site.
With File Buddy, users can view and edit file and folder info; create droplet applications that automatically apply changes to files; find files and folders using an extensive set of search criteria; perform a wide variety of actions on found items; and much more.
File Buddy 6.0.6 contains a fix for a possible crash when searching for duplicates using data and resource contents and no duplicates are found.
System requirements call for a PowerPC-equipped Mac and System 7.6.1 or higher. File Buddy 6.0.6 is available for US$39.95 registration. Upgrades from previous versions are available for $9.95 instead.
