If you’re the owner or soon-to-be-owner of one of the new G4 towers announced last week, you may want to check out the G4 discussion list, which is now adding items on the latest ramp of Apple desktops.
The G4List is a forum for users of the G4 processor to discuss the issues that relate to using, maintaining, and troubleshooting Macs. The list has over 1,000 members. It’s one of several lists hosted at The Macintosh Guy, including Mac Digital Video, Mac OS X Beta, BusMac, HomeMac, MacCube, MacMP, iBook, MacGames, MacUSB, MacFireWire, and Duo/2400 List. The site is run by Eric Prentice, “The Macintosh Guy of Portland,” and is sponsored by Dr. Bott LLC.
If you’d like to subscribe to the G4 List, you can send e-mail to G4-ON@lists.themacintoshguy.com or fill out an online form. Subscribers will receive a copy of every message sent to the posting address for the list. And you can respond and post messages in return.
