XLR8 announced Friday is has announced lowered pricing across its G3 and G4 product family.
G3 ZIF-based cards have been reduced to $289, $349, and $399 for the 400MHz ($10 savings), 450/466MHz ($50 savings), and 500MHz ($100 savings), respectively.
MACh Carrier cards have been lowered $20 to $359 for the 400MHz model, $80 to $399 for the 450MHz model, and $110 to $469 for the 500MHz model.
Single-processor ZIF-based G4 upgrades have also been reduced to $399, $449, and $599 for 400MHz ($50 reduction), 450MHz ($80 reduction), and 500MHz ($130 reduction) models, respectively.
MaCh Carrier G4 MPe cards are now $479 and $529 respectively for 400MHz and 500MHz upgrades, respectively.
“XLR8 has been able to reduce the pricing on our upgrade cards following the latest volume pricing from our suppliers, largely due to our increasing worldwide market share,” a company statement read.
