has updated its venerable GraphicConverter utility to 4.6. The new version is ready for download from various mirror servers linked on the Lemke Software Web site.
GraphicConverter has been created, as the name implies, to convert pictures from one format to another. The utility also sports a variety of editing tools and extensive batch processing support and other capabilities. It imports about 175 formats, exports about 75 formats, supports AppleScript, and much more.
In typical fashion, this point upgrade makes dozens of changes, including new features like PDF export for Mac OS X, support for import of Keynote PICTs, improved TWAIN compatibility, and much more. And if you’re a registered user of GraphicConverter 4.5 or later, the upgrade is free.
GraphicConverter runs on Mac OS 8 or higher, and is native for OS X. GraphicConverter 4.6 costs US$30 to register ($5 more if you want a CD).
