A New Macintosh User Group (MUG) has been formed for users in the East Bay area of San Francisco, California. The MUG will hold its first meeting April 10, at 6:00 pm at the Berkeley Main Library.
ebMUG monthly meetings will start with a beginner’s question and answer session. The Q&A will be followed by a news session to share the latest Macintosh buzz, and then the main event itself where a specific Macintosh topic of general interest is presented in-depth, a vendor shows a new product, or a new book is previewed.
There is no membership fee required to be part of ebMUG. According to the group, “membership in ebMUG requires nothing more than a typical amount of Macintosh enthusiasm.”
ebMUG will hold their meetings on the second Thursday of each month at the downtown Berkeley Main Library. The beginner’s session will start at 6:00 pm followed by the general meeting at 7:00 pm and then networking and food at 8:30 pm.
