FireWire issues and font management under Mac OS X will be two topics of discussion on tonight’s edition of Your Mac Life (YML), the Internet show about all things Mac.
James Wiebe, CEO of WiebeTech has written a paper entitled ” FireWire Port Failures in Host Computers and Peripheral Devices ” that looks at issues of FireWire ports burning out. He’ll discuss his research tonight with Shawn King, host-producer of YML.
Also on tonight’s show Rio Sabaducci, Insider Software’s chief technology officer, will talk about his company’s font management tool for Mac OS X, FontAgent Pro. And Jim Heid, author of the new “The Macintosh iLife: An Interactive Guide to iTunes, iPhoto, iMovie and iDVD,” will be on hand to chat about the new book.
As always, MacCentral’s Peter Cohen will have all the latest Mac gaming news. Joining him will be Brian Greenstone of Pangea Software. If you have questions for any of tonight’s guests, e-mail them to King.
