Apple subsidiary FileMaker Inc. has announced that the FileMaker Developer Conference 2003 will be held this August in Phoenix, Az. The company is anticipating a record number of attendees this year.
The four day conference will cover issues of interest to corporate and independent FileMaker database developers alike, according to the company. Speakers include FileMaker President Dominique Goupil, Chung Le, Vice President, Product Development, and other company luminaries.
FileMaker also offered a partial list of the technical sessions planned for this year. Topics include FileMaker database migration, best security practices, creating XSLT stylesheets, user interface design, CDML to XSLT migration, relational design fundamentals, and many other topics. There will also be a special focus on educational solutions, according to the show’s coordinators.
Conference registration costs US$999 on or before June 30, 2003. After that, it costs $1,199. The FileMaker Developer Conference 2003 takes place August 24 – 27, 2003 at the JW Marriott Desert Ridge Resort & Spa in Phoenix, Az.
