has announced bManager 4.0 and bManager CRM 4.0, new versions of the contacts and to-do task managers.
bManager lets you share your contacts on a network. A server allows you to manage users and privileges (such as add, modify, and delete). bManager CRM is an option with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) functions. Server and client versions are compatible with Mac OS X, Mac OS 8-9.x and Windows. Only the updated Mac OS X versions are available today; the other versions will be available next month.
Version 4.0 of bManager adds an assistant to configure each application; four different view for each contacts (simple, extensible, tab view, or drawer); the ability to manage to-do tasks for each user; the capability to add custom fields and custom checkboxes; and a new search function. You can also now personalize the view of your contact list and add notes to a contact with styled text support.
With version 4.0 of both products, you can: assign contacts to an user; attach documents to a contacts; create reports of activity of your sellers; and add graphics to reports. There’s also a new utility to import data from a variety of databases and to export contacts. bManager CRM 4.0 also offers a network version for CRM application
