Eyeblaster, a company that specializes in rich media delivery and management, is announcing Mac support for the interface and bandwidth detection features in its software for online advertising.
The new support will let Mac designers create and manage ads using the Eyeblaster platform interface, as well as view live ads in preview mode. The bandwidth detection feature enhances targeting of at-work vs. at-home users. Coupled with Eyeblaster’s menu of ad formats is a platform offering an integrated ad creative approval system, as well as a customized interface for each role in the process: creative, media, or publisher.
The Eyeblaster technology, designed for online advertisers and publishers, supports such formats as floating ads, full-page overlays, window ads, commercial breaks, expandable banners, wallpaper ads, and “100K polite banners.” It works with “all” ad servers and over 1,000 networks and publishers, the company claims.
