Norpath Elements Studio 2.0, the latest version of the authoring software for building interactive rich-media applications and computer-based training solutions, is now available from Norpath Inc. It’s Mac OS X compatible and costs US$599.
Norpath Elements Studio is used for creating such materials as courseware, tutorials, presentations, catalogs, manuals, interactive user guides, kiosks, simulations, and self-paced seminars. Version 2.0 features a new multi-platform builder that lets designers create their application once and generate standalone applications for deployment on Mac OS X, Windows, Linux, and Solaris. Both the runtime and installer can be customized, which means that designers can freely distribute their own privately branded solutions.
Norpath Elements Studio 2.0 includes a suite of design tools for creating interactive graphics, animation, and multimedia, as well as pre-built application logic, knowledge, database and interface components. It ships with a set of libraries, templates, and publishing wizards to help non-technical users. It also includes packaging options for CD-ROM and DVD.
A demo version of Norpath Elements Studio 2.0 can be downloaded at the Norpath Inc. Web site.
