Monday, May 5, 2003 at 2PM Eastern Time, the Washington Post will host
a live online chat
featuring Fast Forward columnist Rob Pegoraro.
Pegoraro will be on hand to answer questions about Apple’s new iTunes Music Service, which Apple today noted has sold 1 million songs since it debuted a week ago. The service is the long-rumored collaboration between Apple and major music labels, and it allows users of iTunes 4 to download songs for $0.99 each, using Advanced Audio Codec (AAC)-encoded music.
Pegoraro has recently reviewed iTunes Music Service in the pages of the Washington Post, and Washington Post staff writer Frank Ahrens has also written on the subject, covering Apple’s media event last Monday.
Users interested in participating are encouraged to submit their questions and comments ahead of time, and join the chat live at 2PM ET today.
