The Codie Awards, presented by the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), showcase the industry’s finest products and services and honor excellence in the software and information industry. The SIIA is the principal trade association for the software and digital content industry.
FileMaker Pro 6 Unlimited won an award for Best Numeric/Database Software. It was honored over IBM DB2 Universal Database v8.1 and three other finalists. It was the second Codie for FileMaker in this category in three years. In addition, FileMaker Pro 6 was a finalist for SIIA Best Business Productivity Product or Service.
FileMaker Pro 6 Unlimited enables workgroups to create and share databases over the Web. It is part of the FileMaker line of database software for workgroups.
