Optima System has released PageSpinner 4.5 Preview 2, the first generally available beta release of the Web authoring package for Mac OS X 10.2 (“Jaguar”) and Mac OS 9.1 and higher.
PageSpinner supports HTML, XHTML, JavaScript, PHP, SSI and CSS. The package contains examples, tools, hands-on kits, built-in help and a tutorial on how to learn and master HTML and XHTML.
Version 4.5 features enhanced Mac OS X support and integration, an improved editor, support for syntax color coding of PHP, JavaScript and CSS, text zoom, a recent file menu, support for the Safari and Mozilla Web browsers, built-in file transfer functions and more.
PageSpinner 4.5 costs US$29.95 for a single-user license; users of earlier versions qualify for a discounted upgrade price of 30 percent. Discounts are available for educational organizations and multi-user licenses.
