VRTools has updated its deliVRator QuickTime movie editor to version 1.2.2, adding Mac OS X compatibility.
deliVRator is built for those who need to optimize Web-delivered QuickTime movies. Optimized movies can be tested immediately, at any connection speed, with the emulated network connection, according to MacTech magazine. What’s more, it can be used as an editor of low-level movie control structures, QuickTime AtomContainers, and exportable image data.
Besides Mac OS X compatibility, deliVRator 1.2.2 adds cubic QTVR (QuickTime Virtual Reality) optimization and a Movie Security Manager that protects movies from unauthorized modification while securing the intellectual property rights of content developers. The update also improves media sample editing that exposes low level QuickTime data previously accessible only to developers.
deliVRator 1.2.2 costs US$199. The QuickTime movie editor also works with Mac OS 9.x as well as Mac OS X.
