A QuickTime video posted to Apple’s WWDC Web site offers viewers an invitation to attend the forthcoming Worldwide Developers Conference, coming to San Francisco, Calif.’s Moscone Center this June.
The short video, hosted by the senior director of Apple’s Platform Experience Group, invites developers to attend the “future-looking conference” to learn more about present and future technology from Apple engineers, who will present actual code examples.
WWDC 2003 is expected to provide developers with the first look at Apple’s next major revision to Mac OS X, code-named “Panther.” Separate tracks have been set up for QuickTime, enterprise IT, and other specialties, and special events have been planned like the Apple Design Awards, Apple Campus Bash, WWDC Exhibit Fair and more.
