Datavations LLC has released DataDirect Connect for ODBC 4.0. The software enables a Mac client to connect to ODBC-compatible databases including Microsoft SQL Server 7 and 2000, Oracle 8x and 9x, and others.
DataDirect Connect for ODBC 4.0i supports Mac OS X and Mac OS 9.2. The software is available to download as a 3-day trial. Available for purchase directly from Datavations’ Web site, DataDirect Connect costs US$211.75.
Datavations LLC also makes DataDirect SequeLink for ODBC, and end-to-end middleware solution for managing data across ODBCC, JDBC, ADO and .NET sources. A Mac client for that software is available as well.
