If Then Software has released IDIot 1.0, a utility developed for Mac OS X v10.2, “Jaguar.” The software enables users to create Internet-enabled Disk Images (IDIs), that “clean up” after themselves when mounting.
IDIot can convert normal disk images (DMG files) into Apple’s Internet-enabled Disk Image format. IDIot specifically works with read-only disk images. The software allows you to select, remove, “precheck” disable and enable disk images, and it’s drag and drop-ready.
Like If Then Software’s other utilities and tools, IDIot is distributed as “donationware.” In other words, the software costs nothing to use, but users who find the application helpful are heartily encouraged to making a donation to If Then Software to show their support.
More details and a link to the file download are available from If Then Software’s Web site.
