Centurion Technologies Inc. plans to showcase the Mac OS X version of its DriveShield hard drive and data protection software at this month’s National Educational Computing Conference (NECC).
Already available for Windows XP, DriveShield is aimed at IT managers and network administrators looking to maintain consistent computer configurations. DriveShield prevents users from making permanent changes to system confiugrations without locking the user out or restricting their ability to work. Driveshield enables computers to be restored to an administrator’s desired configuration after a reboot.
NECC comes to the Washington State Convention & Trade Center in Seattle, Wash. from June 30 to July 2, 2003. Look for Centurion Technologies in book 0740; they will have more information and will also offer demo CDs.
