The Iconfactory on Monday announced the launch of StockIcons.com, a new service to provide stock icons for developers.
StockIcons provides access to icons for inclusion in desktop or Web-based applications. Stock sets, created by professional icon designers, are available with 80 individual icons rendered in three pixel sizes: 32×32, 24×24 and 16×16. File formats include 32-bit TIFF, PNG, 8-bit GIF, BMP, ICN and ICO.
StockIcons.co is featuring Aquatica, a set designed by Dave Brasgalla. It was designed especially for use with Mac OS X.
If you don’t see what you need, StockIcons.com also offers custom design services — visit the site for more details.
Each stock icon collection is available for immediate download and costs US$349. The Iconfactory is introducing attendees of this week’s Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) to StockIcons.com in their presence at the Exhibit Fair.
