Marc Moini has released Aqua for Command-Line Tools 1.0, a utility aimed at simplify access to technology ordinarily restricted to the command line interface accessed through Mac OS X’s Terminal application.
Users can activate Unix commands via point-and-click with Aqua for Command-Line Tools, and find out what each tool does and what options are available. It incorporates graphical interfaces for more than 20 command-line tools, broken into four separate usage categories.
Aqua for Command-Line Tools 1.0 is distributed as shareware and costs US$15 to register. A free trial version is available for download from the Web site. The software requires Jaguar or later.
