Luma Code has released LiveSearch 1.0, a US$18 launcher and file finder for Mac OS X (10.2 and higher).
Built with graphic artists, Webmasters, and system administrators in mind, it lets you find files by entering a few letters in a search dialog. LiveSearch recognizes such common file types as applications, folders, invisible files, movies, MP3s, pictures, and more. You can create your own search sets, as well as take advantage of the customizable toolbar.
LiveSearch lets you perform actions on files such as move, rename, copy, reveal, and move to trash. You can view and change file attributes such as date, visibility, and type/creator code; batch modification of files is also supported.
