Boxlight will be showcasing four projectors and the Digital Class LCD writing tablet at this week’s National Educational Computing Conference (NECC). All are Mac compatible, Boxlight spokesperson Emily Dance told MacCentral.
Digital Class is a LCD writing tablet that lets you control your computer with an electronic pen. You can use the pen to touch the LCD screen, launching and controlling applications, capturing images from a computer program, and saving/retrieving your work. Pricing hasn’t been announced for the writing tablet.
The four projectors are the $5,499 CD-850m, the $3,999 CD-750m, the $3,999 XD-2m, and the $1,999 SP45m.
The CD-850m is equipped with 2500 ANSI lumens, and features native XGA resolution, digital keystone, digital zoom, HDTV compatibility, multiple inputs and a 35dB audible noise rating. The CD-750m has 2000 ANSI lumens and, at 5.7 pounds, is designed to be portable.
