Macworld CreativePro Conference & Expo’s focus on the creative professional hasn’t dissuaded game developer (and local New York City institution) Freeverse Software from exhibiting.
In fact, the company plans to use the event to launch Burning Monkey Solitaire 3, the latest major release of its madcap, irreverent collection of solitaire card games. The new version sports new game variations, as well as “new monkeys, worse jokes, hotter flaming arrows, and a basket full of easter eggs,” according to the developers.
Burning Monkey Solitaire 3 will be available for the first time anywhere at Freeverse’s booth on the show floor (#360). What’s more, the company will also be showing off Solace, its recently-released Axis & Allies-style strategy game. Other Freeverse titles will also be available at “Show Special” pricing.
Still not enough of a draw? MacSoft won’t be at the show next week, but thanks to a special arrangement between Freeverse Software and MacSoft, showgoers will be able to buy copies of Unreal Tournament 2003 while they’re at the Freeverse booth, if they wish.
