Marathon Computer has introduced the PixArm, an articulating wall mount designed to accommodate the full weight of Apple Cinema Displays and other monitors.
Constructed of steel, PixArm attaches to Marathon’s own existing wallmount bracket and enables users to do one-handed adjustments to multiple angles and rotation. Using PixArm, you can adjust a monitor lower or higher than what can be done using the display’s built-in easel stand.
All hardware for attaching your display permanently or temporarily to a desktop, countertop or wall is included. PixArm features a built-in worksurface clamp equipped with a “no-mar” felt surface that won’t damage the surface upon which the PixArm rests.
PixArm is available solo or bundled with Marathon’s Cinema Display and Studio Display Wallmount Adapter.
PixArm also works with any PC monitor that complies with the VESA 100mm standard for wall mounting.
Now available, the PixArm costs US$375 for use with Cinema and Studio Displays, or $275 for use with VESA displays.
