Intuit is recruiting beta testers for the next version of QuickBooks for Macintosh.
“The next release of QuickBooks for Mac will support both Mac OS 10.x and Mac OS 9.x users, but we are especially looking for 9.2.2 users,” Intuit’s Adam Samuels told MacCentral. “We are also looking to recruit beta testers who are using QuickBooks New User Edition — which was included with Power Mac and PowerBook systems — and customers who are still using QuickBooks 4.0 for Mac.”
Intuit will collect demographic and hardware information and the types of Intuit products potential beta testers are using as part of the application process. You can apply to be a QuickBooks for Mac beta tester online. If you don’t get selected, don’t be disappointed. There are certain to be more applicants than beta tester slots.
Testing starts mid-summer. Those chosen to test will be notified during the first week of August.
