Cross Culture Limited has released Mergemill 2, the tool for generating Web pages and reformatting data exported from databases. The latest version — which is compatible with Mac OS X (10.2 and higher) and Mac OS 9.2 (or above) — adds new tags and job management features.
Mergemill works by merging format files (or templates) with content files to generate the output you desire. It utilizes control tags that let you direct the selection, insertion, and looping of contents in producing the output files. With Mergemill, you can generate Web pages from a database, reformat database data into readable form for publishing, consolidate similar reports for analysis, or process electronic forms.
Mergemill 2 costs US$59 for a single user license or $295 for a site license. Version 2 is an upgrade is free for users of earlier versions.
