The Iconfactory has released a new icon set, “G5 Drives,” designed to celebrate and compliment the upcoming Power Mac G5 machines.
The icon set, which is free, is by artist David Brasgalla. “G5 Drives” include the hard drive icons needed for the relevant categories in CandyBar , plus several extras. Brasgalla has even thrown in some preview icons from upcoming, related sets.
CandyBar is the US$12.95 Mac OS X icon customization tool from the Iconfactory and Panic. The latest version (1.5.3) was released on July 11 and added interoperability with Pixadex, a new Mac OS X icon organization tool.
