Kuwan.net on Tuesday released HyperSpell 1.0 for Mac OS X. It’s a menu item that provides access to Mac OS X’s built-in spell checking software from any application.
To use HyperSpell, you click on an icon in the menu bar and enter the word or words that you want spell checked. HyperSpell underlines the words that are misspelled, and you can control-click on them to reveal a list of possible spellings.
Creating using Mac OS X’s Cocoa development environment, HyperSpell works with any Mac OS X application, Cocoa or Carbon alike. It integrates with the Clipboard, as well.
HyperSpell is distributed as US$10 shareware and is available now for an introductory price of $8. Visit the Web site for download links or more info.
