Dentists interested in using Mac OS X as part of their practice may be interested in Mango! Dental Software’s announcement; the company announced on Thursday that it plans to release its eponymous software at the American Dental Association (ADA) Convention in San Francisco, Calif. this October.
Mango! Dental Software integrates scheduling, HIPAA-compliant e-claims, integration with Palm OS-based PDAs, prescription and label printing and recall tracking, all in a Mac OS X-native interface. What’s more, the software also integrates aMac — a dental x-ray system developed by KTI that works natively in Mac OS X.
Mango! Dental Software has been used at 2 beta-test sites for more than a year, according to the developer.
