Apple’s UK and Ireland Web site indicates that the company will attend Visa pour l’Image, an event for European photojournalists scheduled for the first week in September in France.
September is going to be a very busy month for Apple’s European operations. The company starts the month with its appearance at Visa pour l’Image, then continues a week later with an appearance at IBC 2003 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (it also makes a one-day stop in the UK for a Macworld UK-sponsored Final Cut Pro 4 seminar). Then on the 16th, Apple will exhibit at Apple Expo 2003 in Paris, France — where Apple CEO Steve Jobs will deliver the keynote address.
Attendees of Visa pour l’Image will see Apple demonstrating its applications running on PowerBook systems in the exhibition space. What’s more, Apple will be featuring a seminar at 10:30 every morning in the Salle Jean Claude Rolland, discussing issues related to workflow and creativity in photography and video.
Visa pour l’Image happens from September 1 – 6, 2003 at the Palais de Congres in Perpignan, France. Visit the Web site for more details and registration info.
