Apple Computer today announced a US$50 rebate offer for customers that purchase a new Macintosh and its presentation software, Keynote. The rebate will be given at the time of purchase — the offer will be available worldwide until December 27, 2003.
“Keynote raises the bar for presentation software by making it easy for everyone to create elegant, sophisticated and powerful presentations,” said Rob Schoeben, Apple’s vice president of Applications Marketing. “Now everyone purchasing a new Mac can immediately start creating amazing presentations while saving money at the same time.”
Keynote features Apple-designed themes and can import Microsoft’s PowerPoint presentations. Keynote offers users the ability to create charts and tables in the presentation; build and animate objects or text and adjust their transparency; and use smooth 3D transitions for cinematic effects.
