Mac peripheral manufacturer and distributor Dr. Bott on Tuesday announced the opening of its third branch: Dr. Bott Sarl, serving France specifically. Dr. Bott Sarl joins Dr. Bott KG — the German business unit — and Dr. Bott LLC, the American counterpart.
Dr. Bott is using its exposure at Apple Expo 2003 in Paris, France this week to debut new products include SendStation’s PocketDock for iPod, a small device that converts the dock connector found on third-generation iPods to a conventional 6-pin FireWire cable; Dr. Bott’s own TiCase17, a 17-inch PowerBook G4 carrying case made of brushed aluminum; the ExtendAir Direct (Euro), a range extender for AirPort Extreme Base Stations; and the naviPod, a wireless remote control for iPods available in versions for both third-generation and first- and second-generation iPods.
Apple Expo 2003 visitors can find Dr. Bott in booth B19. A peek of the more than 150 products Dr. Bott is offering can be found online.
