Apple will be an exhibitor at the 2003 League for Innovation Conference, an information technology conference held Oct. 19-22 in Milwaukee, Wis. Apple will demonstrate a variety of products, including its iLife suite and hold hands-on sessions showing how its products “enhance communication, collaboration and learning.”
Apple will also demonstrate ways in which faculty are implementing Apple’s hardware, software and third-party applications (such as Microsoft Office and Adobe solutions). Among the highlighted products will be the Power Mac G5, the Xserve, Xserve RAID, Final Cut Pro and Mac OS X. For more details go to Apple’s education Web site.
The League for Innovation Conference is targeted to administrators, faculty and staff “who care about exploring and expanding the use of information technology to improve all aspects of educational institutions.” Attendees come from colleges, universities and corporate partners around the world.
