Realmac Software on Tuesday introduced its RapidWeaver 2 Web page design software for Mac OS X.
RapidWeaver 2 was developed using Mac OS X’s Cocoa application frameworks and was created for users without “even a vague understanding of HTML,” according to its developers. The software lets users create Web pages using drop-down menus to create navigation bars and buttons; once they’re done, they click the Export button to publish their new web pages.
RapidWeaver 2 comes with 20 pre-designed Web site themes included, with more available as “Theme Packs.” System requirements call for Mac OS X v10.2 or higher, 6MB of available disk space, and Safari installed.
RapidWeaver 2 costs US$24.95 for a single user license.
