Australia’s Element Software has released a new version of their flagship collaboration tool, Copper 2004: Standard. The software allows organizations to track, manage, and share both projects and client related information via a centralized server, be it Mac OS X, Windows or Linux.
The web based project management tool has been upgraded and now includes new calendar views, new client management tools, and a new search engine. A corporate version is scheduled to be released before the end of December, and that will include Gantt charting, advanced reporting, and advanced file handling features.
The new version is available from the Copper Web site and carries a retail price of $299.
