Monterey, Calif. will be the backdrop for five days of AppleScript Pro Sessions, organized by Scripting Matters. Shane Stanley from Myriad Communications in Melbourne, Australia and Ray Robertson of Scripting Matters will be the instructors for the intensive five day course to be held May 3-7, 2004.
The course is designed for both the beginner and experienced scripter, and will focus heavily on practical scripting information applicable to a variety of situations. The first session is an introduction to AppleScript, and will the sessions will then turn to focus on AppleScript and its integration with applications like Photoshop, InDesign and QuarkXPress.
Participants will also receive a CD with all of the course scripts.
The seminar costs $400 per day, with a discount available for those attending for three-or-more days. An early bird special is available until March 15th or until the event sells out.
The training course will be held at the Casa Munras Hotel in downtown Monterey, California. Attendees may reserve a room at the hotel for a special group rate of $89/night.
